So I have recently tried to purchase a pre-owed IPhone 7 Plus, but when I tried to buy it, it said that there was a error with trying to make the purchase. But they money was taken out of my card. Nor did I get a confirmation code to my email that it was purchased. What do I do?

Your card was pre-authorized for the purchase amount which is reserving the funds to ensure your card has enough funds to process the order. Possible issues may have occurred during purchase such as power outage at home/workplace, computer malfunction, or boost.com outage. Pre-authorization-hold concerns will need to be resolved with your card company or bank. Some card companies can release the funds in 24 hours and some take up to 10 days.
