I recently left Virgin Mobile and transfered my number to AT&T. When my number was transfered, my Virgin Mobile account was deactivated. My iPhone 8 Plus, which I purchased through Virgin Mobile shows the IMEI is still registered to Virgin Mobile and will not work with any other carrier. How do I get the IMEI released so I can use the phone with another carrier?
