Had phone for 12 months now. Would like the sim pin please.

Could someone please assist me in unlocking my sim? I have privacy concerns and want to navigate / secure my apn settings. Also wondering if I could use other devices on my cellular data plan. Besides the iPhone. Like a windows 10 lenovo

Hello, @Chefdean1986! Thanks for contacting us here. We will be able to unlock your phone under the following circumstances:

- The phone has not been reported as lost or stolen or otherwise flagged as ineligible to be unlocked.

- The phone has 12 uninterrupted/consecutive months active with our service.

- The phone must be powered on and in Sprint coverage with the original SIM card inserted to request the unlock.
