HELP

I desperately need to talk to an agent! If someone could please private message me. I’ve tried activate my boost mobile phone but it says it’s not eligible yet I’ve activated it before??

Hi, @Sns542. Your phone is already activated. Please make sure the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network and turn it off and on, so it can complete the activation. Then you'll just need to pay for the first month of service to make the phone work.
