I have tried for over a month to unlock my previous iPhone5s phone for use with another carrier in the US. Called Boost 5 times, and when I wasn't hung up on accidentally, was re-assured that the request would be elevated to a higher level and completed within 48-72 hours. Never happened. Got the same email from Sprint, NOT Boost Mobile, saying my phone cannot be unlocked because it's active on another carrier's network. Contact the other carrier for assistance. Well, Sprint store cannot help, Boost store cannot help, and the ATT MVNO I am trying to switch to says the IMEI shows registered with Boost. So frustrating. Who can I turn to for real assistance and finally get this taken care of?
