My phone's data has not worked since the Virgin Mobile migration on February 13. This isn't a partial data outage, but a complete and total data outage -- if I'm not connected to wifi, then the only functions my phone has is phone call or texts.
This isn't due to a tower enhancement since it's happening over about 400 square miles throughout metro Atlanta. This isn't due to my device itself being broken. Several discussions with Apple technicians and 2 complete factory resets of my phone verify that it isn't a problem with my device.
Multiple calls to customer service have not produced any constructive results. The only answer I get is that a tower's down. When I try explaining everything, and asking for constructive help, I get absolutely no where. One supervisor even transferred me to Apple's support line just to get me off the phone and off of his hands. I've been treated with very little respect and consideration.
