I just received an iPhone 8 that I purchased directly from Virgin Mobile. When I went to swap my existing service from my 6S, I made it most of theway through the activation process before I received an error. Now when I try to do it again the website tells me that it doesm't recognize the IMEI or MEID, which doesn't make any sense considering I received the phone directly from Virgin. I would call and do the transfer that way but the only phone I have access to is the one I'm trying to swap service from. Any help would be appreciated.
