I contacted boost regarding an iphone 7 that I had purchased online. Themicrophone doesnt work so I cant even use it. All i want is to send the phone back and get sent a new phone or a refund. When I spoke to the rep over the phone he told me they would send an email with the rest of the information and a label i needed to print to send on the box with the phone. Its been a couple of days and still nothing. I really need to return this phone and it seems like no one is actually trying to help.
