Cannot activate iPhone XR Online

I recently ordered an iPhone XR from boost mobile online, and now I cannot activate it. For some reason, when I follow the steps and enter the numbers required, it still says “device not available for activation”. Please help

Hello there, Nataliea0522! Thank you for contacting us through our Community channel! Our work schedule is: Mondays thru Fridays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST. Weekends from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST.

 

Being unable to activate your brand new device is certainly inconvenient! So we can better work this out, please send me a private message including the device's IMEI and the SIM card's ID. To send a private message, click on the desired username and then look for the option that says "Send this user a private message".

 

If you already have a Boost account, please include as well your phone number and 4-digit PIN in the private message.
