I received an email from Boost today stating that I could get the iPhone XR for $1 down and $33 per month for 18 months. I tried to order online, went to the store, spent an hour on the phone with customer service and another hour in a chat with customer service. No one will honor this, and I do not feel this is right. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I’m so disappointed in the customer service that I’ve received.
