I have an Iphone 11 and it was already approved as an eligible phone. I ordered a sim card activation kit and received it. After entering the IMEID number an error message appeared saying it was not recognized and needed to contact customer support. According to them I was sent the wrong sim kit. I was sent another one and I am still getting the same message. I am unsure what to do since customer support was no help. I am frustrated and currently considering switching to a new provider all together.
