I'm in Spring Valley CA and have had no problems with service until this morning when my data is off-line and phone says I am domestic roaming. Using wifi for now but wondering what the issue is? I've updated my PRL and even reinstated factory settings.....
With Virgin mobile planning on phasing out Android phones from the markets, I've decided to come on over to Boost mobile. What sort of steps should I take to bring my number over to Boost? I've already just received my new Boost device.
I apologize in advance if this is not the right area to post this inquiry.
Hi there KiltedCowboy. We are able to help. You would need a new Boost Mobile device. Once you have the phone, please send us a private message with the following information:
Virgin mobile phone number and pin code
New Boost Mobile IMEI/DEC number
Name and address to be used on new Boost account
New 4 digit pin code for Boost account
and the Boost plane for new account
Please send us this information via a private message and we will get started on the migration. Victor21
Samsung had revealed that an Android Oreo OTA update was in the testing phase with a tentative launch expected on April 13. As always, the roll-out will be incremental in nature and not all users will get it in one go. The update will be released in a phased manner and Boost will definitely be among the carriers to get Android Oreo on the Galaxy S7 series. Please stay tuned!
I am on my last chance to enter the PUK unlock code for my SIM card before it locks for good. I am happy to send my info to a support representative if they can please help me. Thanks!
