I just bought the lg stylo 3 a day ago. I brought it back and they gave me a new one. This new one is doing the same thing. Callers say they only hear maybe 1 or 2 words, clicking or banging, or I sound really far away. I've tried updating the PRL. Help..I have a disabled daughter and need to be able to have multiple conversations with her school nurse daily, and Drs offices.
@amyl9609 Hi. We've found no outages in this area. Could you please try the following steps to update the service?
- Turn off Wi-Fi and turn on the "mobile data".
- Dial ##72786# (don't press call).
- Look for the option "menu" then reset
- The phone will restart.
- When the phone is on, unlock the screen.
- Wait for the activation process.
- The phone will do some updates and restart (this process may take from 2 to 5 minutes).
- Test the service again when the phone is back on. Please let us know if this helps.
