I am an existing customer and I just received my brand new Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx, logged into my Boost Mobile Account on the website, went to the activation page and selected thhe option "I am a current customer and want to swap devices." After entering the IMEI and clicking "next" I get an error messege saying "This device is not eligible to swap." How can that be? This is a brand new Boost Mobile Phone! What will it take to resolve this issue?
I keep seeing a TV commercial for 4 lines for $100, but I don't see the plan listed here. Where is it?
Thanks for the information. Accounts created with a Pre-Owned phone will be subjected to the $10 One-Time Reactivation Charge. This fee needs to be paid along with the first monthly payment in order to activate the service. However, to offset that charge, there will be a $10 credit placed on the account within 2 weeks from the date of activation. If you have any question, just let us know.
I put in an order today morning and its status is still at ORDER_VERIFICATION_PENDNG_FRAUD_TEAM. Has the order gone through? I selected the expedited shipment, so will it still arrive tomorrow?
If I cxl service on my single line before the end of my billing cycle, will I be given a prorated refund for unused time left?
So last month, here in metairie ,Louisiana my data was pretty much non existent or very slow. Since I rely on my phone for work, this has cost me a lot of money that i have been very careful to document. Now, my bill payment is due in a couple of days and Im seriously thinking on just say screw it and go with another company. You guys (BOOST) are quick at reminding me that my bill is due but SUCK at customer service. Apparently your merger with T-mobile has made you guys incompetent. Last month I got a partial credit to my account which was ok to be honest, specially since I had hopes that the issues will be fixed. Well after another month that I can claim lost, I pretty much had enough. Now I have to go through the trouble of finding another provider that meet my data requirements. For what I can see, im not the only one experiencing issues with data and it's not just in my area neither. I have read many post ini here and other websites and everybody is experiencing issue!! What the HELL?? PEOPLE PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT'S SUPPOSED TO WORK!!
I acquired an RMA for my newly purchased phone. I boxed up my phone, obtained a tracking number from the post office I sent the package from.. I tracked the package to the Indiana location provided by the return address from the box I received the phone in, but I double checked it with customer service when obtaining the RMA. Boost has had the phone for more then a week and I have not received any confirmation they have received the returned phone.
How long does the process take? When will I get my refund? I tried calling Boost customer service and they can't even look up the RMA #. Why is this process so difficult? I paid my hard earned money for a phone and followed all the guidelines for the return process.
Boost insisted on me giving them the Post Office tracking number for the package I sent to them. When in fact, they should of always been able to use the RMA# they gave me in the first place to track my progress through this horrible return process. The package had already been delivered. The had it for about week already.
After many private messages, they finally responded with, "Your refund has been authorized back to your debit card you used for this purchase." Hopefully this step won't take forever either.
Word to the wise! Document every call, time date subject that you make to Boost Mobile. Keep every Email and text they send you.
Ask for verification evidence when making a purchase or inquiry to Boost Mobile. And most of all, Be persistent until you get a straight answer!!!!
I ordered a new phone through BoostUp on 08/05 and was charged the down payment and taxes, and the phone still hasn't arrived. I never received a confirmation email so I can't track it, and I've checked my inbox and junk folder multiple times in the last week. I'm worried something's happened to it.
