Thanks for the information. We can see that the device was ordered on Feb. 8th. Unfortunately, there's a 10 days return policy since the moment it's ordered, so it couldn't be returned.

Except I contacted boost support days ago, who couldn’t help and directed me nowhere, then went to a store and they could not help but directed me here. So I ATTEMPTED to contact someone regarding the return within this time frame but your return policy or contact info is not clear hence why it took me two extra days.

Also, the reason I want to return is because the website is extremely misleading in what the cost for the device/service is. I opened but no have not used the device nor have a use for it.
