Newly activated hotspot won't connect to the internet
I ordered a hotspot to work from home, but I'm not able to connect to the internet with it. I can connect to hotspot, but the device is showing no signal even though my laptop says the connecy is strong. We checked the coverage map before ordering and again yesterday, and my location should be good. I've been trying to contact customer service the last two days, but they are closed. Can anyone help me with this?
