I purchased a new coolpad surf through boostmobile website. Tried to activate it but first got message that an error had occurred and to try again later. Have tried since and get a message that it can't activate. Please advise. I saw similar message yesterday. As a brand new customer I do not have a PIN. I have only purchased the hotspot and not a cell phone. If this is a problem and I need to return the hotspot please let me know.
