My device is doing the same thing, I haven’t been able to use it since I purchased it , I’ve called. Customer service and still nothing! I’m very dissatisfied and will report !

The same thing is happening but when I connect to the internet on my computer it automatically opens a new tab saying I need to log in to my boost mobile account but I can't get past the log in page without internet please help
