I exceeded my mobile hotspot and i just paid my bill 3 days ago and its not working. I need help

Hi there! At the moment we don't offer unlimited hotspot. If you've already reached the amount of hotspot included in your plan, you will not be able to use hotspot.

I reached my hotspot limit of 12gb two days ago and payed my monthly bill yesterday shouldn’t my usage cap go back down to 0 why hasn’t it gone back down yet so lease reply quickly I have a business to run and my hotspot is essential in doing so
