Error Message: Not subscribed to Hotspot

I am unable to utilize my Hotspot feature and data. Everytime I attempt to use it , the message Hotspot unavailable not subscribed pops up! Please help! I have spoken to various tiers of Representatives and management of Boost mobile Tech Support to assist with this matter and have found no resolve. The issue began after updating my plan after a 3 day extension for my due date. Before then it has worked fine. Any helpful experience on this issue is welcome.

Hello there Kstutes. Usually this error occurs either because you have no access to our network or because you Hotspot ran out or is not part of your plan or addon. We can check that out. Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number.
