Issues swapping device

I keep getting multiple errors trying to swap from this slow no memory LG Stylo to a Verizon S9 plus. @2 days i've been working on this

I have 6 plus and wanna switch to a iPhone 7 plus

I am having a problem swapping my device. I bought the phone from Boost online and it is telling me that device is not eligible. I have run the ##72786# number multiple times and it says my phone is activated but I cant make any calls or texts. I have been dealing with this for 3 hours now!

i am getting a error when trying to swap device current device is under warranty and i have to send it back for repair and when i tried to swap to a device i previously has on boost this is the error message i am getting any device would help??????
