There have been news stories today that mobile providers including Sprint (Virgin's network) are selling their users' location data. Is this true? If it is true, because I never have location turned on -- does this prevent my location data from being sold? Again, if it's true, how do I stop this practice?
I would have loved to find a less public place to ask this question, but there's no link I could see under Support to send an email.
