I just purchased an IPHONE XR on Saturday, 2/3/19,  and it was activated on the same day at a Boost Store. Whenever an android or non-iphone user tries to message me, the receive a notification, "The recipient you are sending to has chosen not to receive messages. Msg 2111", and I never receive their message.

 

I have tried taking the sim card and re-inserting it. I've toggled with airplane mode. I have MMS Messaging and SMS messaging turned on along with Imessage. I have also reset the network and restarting the phone. Nothing is working and I'm still unable to connect with non-iphone users.
