I am on my 2nd phone with Boost Mobile. I activated a refurbished Galaxy S6 the first week of January and I realized calls, texts and voicemails were randomly not going through and/or coming in to me. I spoke with tech support 3 times and reset the device and it still didn't work. I ordered a cheap android to get me through while the S6 was being switched through the warranty co. (I didn't get insurance) and the same is happening to the cheap andriod. I work in sales so it's quite frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem? I switched from Virgin to Boost to get an affordable S6 and now I'm wondering if you really do get what you pay for. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you!
