I recently bought a phone offline. i paid for next day shipping because i broke my phone and that was my way to and from work. When i received my phone it didnt turn on the first time and when i plugged it up it proceeded to cut on and off repeatedly. I contacted boost support but nobody has gotten back to me and i really need a phone or a refund
