I am an existing customer and I just received my brand new Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx, logged into my Boost Mobile Account on the website, went to the activation page and selected thhe option "I am a current customer and want to swap devices." After entering the IMEI and clicking "next" I get an error messege saying "This device is not eligible to swap." How can that be? This is a brand new Boost Mobile Phone! What will it take to resolve this issue?
