Unable to Swap Device to Note 9

I purchased a Boost SIM card kit a few months ago  for an iPhone.  Just put the SIM in a Galaxy Note 9.  

Tried the online Swap. It won't recognize the IMEI. Says Data Not Found.

When I power up the phone, it tries to auto-activate. On the first few tries it said the SIM was locked.

Just rebooted and now it says Please contact Sprint to unlock your device. 

The phone is not a Sprint device, nor is it locked.

Can someone help me get this device onto the Boost network? I need phone service restored asap.

Hello splucked. Please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number. Also the IMEI and SIM card number of your Note 9.
