Hello, I am trying to switch from an S9 to a new unlocked S10. I have the sprint Sim card kit and am typing in the phones IMEI number but still getting this error. Please help.
I get an error message saying the device cannot be transferred when I type the IMEI into the website. I get a "Please contact your service provider to activate your device for service. Internal Error (407)" when I try to connect on my phone. This is using the SIMOLW506TQ Sprint sim card.
Did you enter the DEC on the link below to see if the device is compatible with our network?
It says it is compatible with SIMOLW516TQ, I bought the sprint pack with SIMOLW506TQ, SIMOLW416Q, and SIMOLW506C in it. Will any of these ones work or does it have to be that one? Because when I try to pick the boost mobile sim card pack, the store doesn't load.
