we bought new phones last week and my daughter now has horizontal white lines across her screen, it gives it almost a 3D look. She claims she didn't drop or get the phone wet, I tried changing the background and hard resetting the phone and nothing fixed it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to have to go down to a boost store if I don't have too

Hopefully you haven't had it longer than the 7 day return time.

You need to return and exchange it

Sorry I managed to cut myself off earlier.

From what you describe it sounds like a bad connection between the display and the motherboard of of the phone.

It happens. the glue was not placed correctly and after the phone warms up things can shift.

Or it could be a bad display. 

Not really a user serviceable item.  If you can't return it you will have to deal with Samsung and warranty.

Of course it couldn't hurt to chat with samsung about this.

It will be 7 days tomorrow so I guess I'm going to the store, not that I wanf to.
