Just bought the phone and it's having some card issues while being inserted it says please insert simcard

Hey there, @Jcdubs! Thanks for contacting us. Just to confirm, have you tried turning the phone OFF, removing the SIM Card, then clean it with a piece of cloth and re-insert it again?

Yes I have and I still keep it working past 2\3 min without it saying please insert sim @MarcosG

@MarcosG  the issue never went away and also the phone seems to be getting really hot like it's over heating
