Hello, I am a boost mobile user and my brother has recently upgraded to the Samsung galaxy s10 plus and gave me his old phone which is the Samsung galaxy note 8. It is unlocked already and when I try to activate it by checking the imei number it said that it was lost or stolen. Which is not because he bought it at a local phone store provider. He had it for Verizon but had it unlocked for me. So what seem to be the issue? Why can't I use the phone on boost mobile? Can anyone help me?
