Does anyone have the S8? If so, Im wondering if anyone has noticed since the last update, very slow data speeds even non existent at times and poor call quality or disconnects? My signal for phone and internet has been irratic at best and ive tried everything to fix it? Anyone got any suggestions?
Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Support is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST. If you are experiencing issues after the software update, we could recommend to backup all your files, pictures, contacts, etc and complete a factory reset. A factory reset erases everything on the phone including the software and resets it. This could solve any software issues just in case the updated did not download or install correctly.
Another option is to contact Samsung at 1-888-987-4357 to verify and confirm if they are aware of any issues with the software update.
