Samsung Galaxy S10e - db_no_data_found_exception-Client.701:IMEI error - SIM is locked
Bought a phone that was supposed to be compatible with all networks, getting error when trying to activate it. I have an unlock code from AT&T, but the phone never prompts for one. I had it force prompt for a code, and it accepts the code, but the SIM is still locked. Help?
Hello yepperoni. You would need a BYOD SIM to be able to activate it. First you can verify if the phone is compatible with us through this link. If it is compatible the website will show the option to purchase a new SIM. Keep in mind that the BYOD SIM cards are not the same as the regular SIM cards that are included with our phones.
