I updated my phone from J7 to a A20 this past Saturday at a local Boost Mobile store. I noticed when I left that the phone was on Roam, but figured since it was just activated that it would clear up soon. It's now Monday and it's still roaming. My daughters phone (s10e) is on the same network, in the same house and doesn't have that problem.
Wi-fi works and not having any other issues other than it not leaving Roam. I have tried a couple of different things that I found when googling the issue, but neither one of them worked, such as turning all background functions off and restarting the phone and doing the same thing and leaving it in airplane mode for awhile.
Anyone else have this issue or know of a solution that actually works?
