Samsumg J3 emerge Unlock request

Hello community

I recently upgrade it to a new phone and I called customer care to request the unlock code for my previous device Samsung J3 emerge, the rep checked the status of my account and said my device is eligible to be unlocked and that I should be receving the codes on my email within 48hrs, it has been now more than 5 days and still no response, can anybody here bring support?????????

Hello community, I used a 4 digit pin to lock my J3 Emerge , took a nap, woke up and now4 digit pin does NOT WORK. .. PLEASE HELP..

yes Amy. I want to use it in nigeria. But it is locked to a sprint UICC though it was bought from boost and work on boost network. thanks
