I recently upgrade it to a new phone and I called customer care to request the unlock code for my previous device Samsung J3 emerge, the rep checked the status of my account and said my device is eligible to be unlocked and that I should be receving the codes on my email within 48hrs, it has been now more than 5 days and still no response, can anybody here bring support?????????
