3 bars E icon and not able to make recieve call text or internet

Please send us a private message with the account phone number, pin code, email, and address where you are experiencing this issue.

Mine stays with the E icon above the data connection arrows. My phone only lets me connect to internet in a spot i rarely ever go, about 30 miles away from my house unless i have a wifi connection my phone is useless.. i took it in to a boost mobile store, and the girl just reset everything which i had already done numerous times in an attempt to solve my problem, but it still doing the same thang. I dont have the money to replace my phone as of right now as iv already paid 160$ for my samsung a11, and 60$ for my phone plan.. i need a phone regaurdless of these issues. Wifi only reaches so far.. please tell me this issue can be fixed, or i can atleast trade this phone in for 1 that doesnt have these issues..
