Pre-owned galaxy s6 Android version

Hello,
I was wondering if the phone listed here: https://www.boostmobile.com/?INTNAV=TopNav:Android#!/shop/phones/samsung-galaxy-s6-preowned/features...

is update-able to Nougat 7.0 or locked on 5.0 Android aka Lollipop?
Any information is appreciated as to what build of Android this device is currently running, as it is the only thing I'm wondering before I decide if I want this device or another

Thanks

According to this post:

https://community.boostmobile.com/t5/Samsung-Phones-Devices/Software-Update-Galaxy-S6-SM-G920P-G920P...

the update from 4/2017, was a bugfix and upgrade to "N" Nougat (7.x)

And according to this one:

https://community.boostmobile.com/t5/Samsung-Phones-Devices/Software-Update-Samsung-Galaxy-S6-ver-G9...

the ver: G920PVPS4DQK1  .. appears to be 7.0_4

Pre-owned phones, according to Boost's own page

https://www.boostmobile.com/#!/support/faq/phones-devices/pre-owned-phones/

undergo functional testing, while they may upgrade during testing, they won't say they if they upgrade during the reset.

Since all they are doing is the factory reset, if the previous owner had downloaded the update prior to turning in the phone, that's what you'd get and have to get the current updates (over the air or via samsung's current application "Smart Switch"
