Phone swap not working

I recently joined the 4 line family plan for boost mobile and I want to swap the sim card from the boost mobile phone to my own phone.

I followed the steps online entering the imei number, the iccid number but it gives me the error "we had trouble processing iccid"
All the numbers are correct but it won't let me swap.
The phone i am swapping to is a samsung galaxy s9+
