So I've noticed it's quite common on here that people have been having ordering issues even after following protocols. I too am experiencing the same issue. Nothing is wrong with my cards address or any other information. I was told by an employee that the s8 was supposedly discontinued, but it's still offered on the site. I've tried to order one phone 5 times including once going through customer service. I would like to keep my service, but it's never wrecking just trying to up upgrade a phone. What company doesn't want money that a customer is trying to spend with their service? Yet the only service being provided currently involves running around. Who wants to spend a week on trying to buy a phone? I truly don't understand what could be a suitable explanation as to why things are advertised but a hassle to find and order? Again I'd love to keep the service but this seems like an on going unresolved issue.
