Not receiving text messages

Help I have spoken to 3 Boost reps, 2 Samsung reps, no one can tell me why I cannot receive text messages error 2111 I have tried the ##7 thing, have taking it to Best Buy no one can figure it out No blocking apps, no block list. Help

I have spent HOURS on the phone talking to representatives from BOOST MOBILE and SAMSUNG and know one knows how to resolve this issue!
