I have a Samsung J7 Refine. My mother does as well. I downloaded the update on July 30 and she did August 22. Ever since then we dont receive calls or texts. All of our calls go straight to voicemail and we wont receive text messages sometimes for over a week. I have a 10 year old daughter and we use our phones to communicate with friends. How can I know she is okay if she cant get a hold of me? Please fix this issue asap.
