I got the iPhone 11 about two weeks ago through the boost website and followed the steps on the website to swap to the new phone and it worked. Yesterday it stopped working, and I’m not sure why. In the morning it was fine but by the afternoon it wasn’t working. I searched online and tried a bunch of things. I turned it on and off, took out the SIM card and put it back, and reset the network setting but nothing worked. Also the LTE symbol was at the top and it showed that I had some bars to. I will call customer support later and go to a store but do you have any suggestions. Please help.
