J7 Refine Not Always Getting LTE

I added my GF to my boost mobile plan in August and she received a J7 Refine.


Since then she does not have LTE data ever unless she either restarts the phone or updates the Profile and PRL. Performing either or those remedies works for a few hours before the phone starts to default back to 3G no matter where we are, even when I have LTE data using my own phone. 


She does not have Battery Saver Mode on either. Short of a total phone reset, what more else can I do or try to have the phone have LTE without having to restart or update the profile constantly?
