I just got an activated by Galaxy A20 last night.
Everything seems to be going ok except one thing. I can only connect to the internet while on Wifi - I can still make and receive calls and send and receive text messages. However I cannot connect to data.
Kind of defeats the purpose of having the phone when I can't use my GPS or use any of my apps.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Sorry to hear that, malone7384. We definitely want to get this figured out for you. What error message are you getting when trying to use the data without Wi-Fi? Is the Mobile Data turned on?
The only message that I get is that there is no network connection.
I have tried the trick of turning off mobile data and then turning it back on.
I even found a trick that said to turn on airplane mode - wait 1 minute and then turn it off. If that didn't work, turn on Airplane mode and turn phone off for 1 minute and then turn it back on and turn off Airplane mode.
So far nothing has worked.
