Have to reset to connect to the network

I am having a problem, that started around the first of this year.

It appears I lose my connection to the network.

I had a Galaxy S8, that this started with. I could get calls and text messages from everyone, but there was a few people that I could not call or text.

I had dropped the phone, and cracked the screen, so I figured I had damaged the phone, and bought another one.

After a few weeks, it got to where this second phone was doing the same thing, and the contacts that I could not text, or call, was growing.

I went to a boost store, and the girl there gave me a B.S. story about network problems, and I would just have to wait.

I finally called boost, from my wife's phone, and talked to a really helpful lady that had me do the ##72786#, and my phone seemed to work like it is supposed to.

Except, I have had to do this two times since she had me do it.

This morning was the most recent time, and now I am able to send text, etc.

But, why do I keep having to do this to reconnect to the network?

Please follow these steps:

- Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
- Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side.
- Type your message in the new window and click Send.
