My Samsung Galaxy A10e keeps going into data roaming in areas where I always have data connection. I've had this phone since July or August and this is the first time this is happening. It's super frustrating as I need my phone to work on school work and to get a ride home from school. I can't call, text, or do anything that needs data to work without WiFi(ex. Social Media, Google, Spotify). I saw there was a code I can enter to reset something about the provisioning parameters, but I have no idea what that means and I don't want to lose all my stuff on my phone by entering it and causing a whole factory reset on my phone.
