Has anyone else had connectivity issues with their S9? Boost tells me to contact Samsung, which is freaking impossible. I've had this phone for a month & have done 3 factory resets in that time. Really annoying that $600 phone doesn't work any better than the previous $110 junk J7. Any suggestions would be awesome since there's only a 7 day return period, I'm well past that.

If the phone has been factory reset 3 times already, then it does not seem to be a software issue, but a hardware issue. Your phone is covered under a 1 year warranty period in case of any malfunctions due to errors in the manufacture of the phone (does not include accidental or intentional drops or physical and/or liquid damage).
