For a while now I've not been able to make some calls out or receive calls coming in, (unless they leave a voicemail, I don't know they called). I thought it was just my phone so I bought a new phone. It's not my phone it's the service. I've already talked to y'all about resetting networks, etc. I still don't receive calls or make calls.
Hey there, @UniquelyMe2. Really sorry to hear about that. Have you already tried this step: from the dialer enter #72786#, the phone may restart and check the updates. If this does not work, please send us a private message so we can look into it.
