Does anyone have any idea why I get this screen and my device doesn't latch to the network?
If there is any technical support rep out there, I heard that if you refresh my SIM card for me that it'll go away.

Try to power off the phone, remove SIM Card, and gently wipe it off with a soft cloth. Reinsert the SIM card and turn the phone back on. Then, test the service to see if it works.
