I purchased a phone Samsung S9 online. It was shipped 6 days after order. Went to sign up with boost service and once I spoke to the rep, decided I wanted the S9 Note. Boost will not return/exchange my phone because it passed the 7-day policy.
It was shipped 6 days after but there is 7-day return policy. I am a new customer trying to join Boost. I think I'm staying with my current service now.

How do you return something within 7 days when you took 6 just to ship it pretty sure your opening yourself up to lawsuits with that one.
