failed activation

shattered my old phone, can't do anything with it, can't turn it off

bought new phone from boost, put in boost sim card, activated on boost website, my online account says it's my phone now

the phone tells me i need to put in my sprint account to activate and won't connect

 

web chat and twitter just gives me a number, number is just a number tree, no help
