This company is causing me more headaches. After spending two months trying to buy a phone from you guys, (but you keep canceling the order) which you won’t help me do so I never got one, I said I will be canceling my service in the future. Well I’m not ready to cancel my service - I’m going to use my old phone until it won’t work anymore and then I’ll cancel (since you guys won’t stop cancelling my new phone order). Now you keep harassing me works voicemails about cancelling. Funny you weren’t as helpful in selling me a phone as you seem to be in getting rid of a customer. Will you please STOP?! I’ll cancel when I am ready!!! Stop pursuing it!!!!!
